1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or activating the “EazyEdit All-in-One” software extension (“Software”) via kairoox.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must not purchase or use the Software.

2. License Grant & Usage Rights

Upon successful payment through Razorpay, EazyEdithub grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software within Adobe Premiere Pro subject to the following conditions:

• Hardware Limit (Node-Locked): The Software may only be activated simultaneously on the number of computers specified during purchase (e.g., 1 PC, 2 PCs, or 5 PCs). Each computer is registered via its Hardware ID (HWID).
• Commercial Video Production: You are granted full commercial rights to monetize, broadcast, publish, and distribute any final videos, films, YouTube videos, reels, client productions, or animations edited using EazyEdit presets and tools royalty-free.
• Restrictions: You shall not:
  1. Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or extract the proprietary source code, scripts, or preset assets of the Software.
  2. Resell, rent, sublicense, share, or redistribute your license key or software package to third parties.
  3. Extract effects, transitions, or presets to distribute or sell as a competing template pack.
  4. Attempt to bypass, tamper with, or defeat the licensing API or HWID verification mechanism.

3. Payments & Billing via Razorpay

• All prices are displayed on kairoox.in and processed securely through Razorpay supporting UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, and Wallets.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information. Upon successful authorization, your unique license key is generated immediately and displayed on-screen and delivered to your registered email address.

4. Strict No-Refund Policy (Digital Software Goods)

• All Sales Are Final: EazyEdit All-in-One is an intangible, digital software product delivered immediately upon payment completion via electronic transmission (instant license key issuance and software download).
• Because digital products and software licenses cannot be physically returned or revoked once delivered and revealed, we maintain a strict NO REFUND, NO CANCELLATION, and NO EXCHANGE policy.
• Before completing your purchase on kairoox.in, you are responsible for ensuring that your computer hardware, operating system, and Adobe Premiere Pro version meet the minimum published technical requirements.

5. Hardware Activation & Verification

• An active internet connection is required for initial key activation.
• The Software periodically validates the license via secure heartbeat requests with kairoox.in. A grace period (default: 7 days) allows uninterrupted offline editing.
• You may self-service deactivate an old computer through the My Account section on kairoox.in to transfer your license to a new PC.

6. License Termination & Anti-Piracy

EazyEdithub reserves the right to suspend or revoke your license key immediately without notice or refund if:

• Your license key is detected on public file-sharing sites, forums, torrents, or group buys.
• Any unauthorized chargeback or payment reversal is initiated.
• Malicious scraping or repeated unauthorized API verification attempts are recorded against your IP.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Software is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. EazyEdithub and kairoox.in shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including sequence crashes, timeline errors, lost projects, or business downtime. Users are strictly advised to maintain regular backups of their project files.
