  • Account & Contact Data: Name, email address, and country provided during checkout on kairoox.in.
  • Payment Processing via Razorpay: All payments on kairoox.in are processed securely through Razorpay (and its authorized banking partners). We do not collect, process, or store your sensitive payment details (such as credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, or UPI PINs) on our servers. All financial transactions are protected by Razorpay’s bank-grade 128-bit/256-bit SSL encryption and PCI-DSS compliance.
  • Hardware Machine Identifier (HWID): When you enter your license key inside Adobe Premiere Pro, our server receives an anonymous cryptographic hash of your system hardware configuration (HWID) and an optional device name (e.g., “Main PC”). This information is strictly used to enforce the computer activation limit of your purchased license tier (e.g., 1 PC or 2 PCs).
  • Technical Server Logs: Client IP address, request timestamps, and license status for fraud prevention, server security, and rate limiting.

3. Your Video Footage & Client Confidentiality (100% Local Processing)

  • Zero Footage Access: EazyEdit All-in-One runs entirely offline and locally inside your workstation’s Adobe Premiere Pro installation.
  • We DO NOT have access to, monitor, upload, or store your video files, audio tracks, project files (.prproj), sequences, or rendered media.
  • All presets, visual effects, and cuts are calculated and rendered locally on your hardware.

4. Use of Information

Your information is utilized exclusively to:

  • Generate, issue, and authenticate software license keys.
  • Validate active computer activations and verify device limits.
  • Deliver purchase confirmation emails, invoices, and software updates.
  • Provide customer service, technical troubleshooting, and license recovery.
  • Prevent software piracy, abuse, and unauthorized distribution.

5. Third-Party Disclosures

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Data is shared only with trusted partners strictly necessary to operate our service:

  • Razorpay: For secure payment gateway authorization.

7. Customer Rights & Device Control

You can view your active license keys and manage your registered computers at any time by logging into My Account ➔ EazyEdit Licenses on kairoox.in. You may unlink an old computer to free up an activation slot whenever you upgrade hardware.
